No. Our expertise and passion lies with both the Jaguar and Land Rover brands. This is what we know best”. It is precisely because we deal directly with the manufacturer that we are able to offer the service that customers expect. We understand that our clients need quick response on product queries, build dates, shipping information etc. Our ability to directly contact all the relevant departments at factory enables us to tap into real time information – our customers really appreciate this.
Do your prices include taxes?
All our prices are Tax-Free. Upon arrival of the vehicle at our appointed Customs Agent in your country, you will be required to pay all your corresponding taxes applicable to your market. If unsure what taxes you will be liable for, we recommend you contact your local Customs Authority to clarify these for you.

Do you supply from stock or ex-factory production delivery ?
We always endeavour to have a stockpile of vehicles in Gibraltar to ensure immediate availability of cars. Our stock levels are constantly changing and driven by demand, therefore availability is always subject to prior sale. Should your ideal vehicle not be available from our stock, we can either request factory to identify a vehicle which they may have “ready to go”, otherwise, we can quote an ex-factory production vehicle. Again, because we have a direct line of communication with factory, opportunities do exist to secure faster build slots via “special build requests”.
What deposit is required?
A 10-20% deposit is required to secure an in stock vehicle or to make a factory order. The balance is then payable prior to the vehicle’s departure from Gibraltar. Once the balance has been paid we will arrange onward transport.
What documentation do you supply with your cars?
All our vehicles are supplied with the necessary documentation to assist our appointed Customs Agent and yourself with a smooth vehicle importation procedure into your respective country. Documentation requirements may vary from country to country so we suggest you contact us to discuss these should you have any concerns. Needless to say that over the years we have developed sound knowledge of what is required throughout Europe and cater for these accordingly.
Do you offer part-exchange?
Unfortunately, we only limit ourselves to the supply of new cars therefore we are unable to consider trade-in vehicles.
Can you arrange transport?
Yes, we work with very reputable transport companies for both road and ocean freight.
We can offer road transport using professional car carrier companies thereby offering significant advantages such as insurance against damages and not having to incur delivery miles. Furthermore, we can offer both containerised and RORO shipments from nearby Spanish ports. Marine insurance can also be arranged via our sister company, Capurro Insurance & Investments Ltd. Drop us a note and we can discuss your specific requirements further.
Is my car insured during delivery?
Your car is fully insured from the moment it is collected at the main dealer until it arrives at your address.
When the car is delivered, you will examine it together with the delivery driver to ensure that the vehicle is in perfect condition.
What happens if your car is damaged in transit?
Should your vehicle suffer the misfortune of being damaged during transit, it is imperative that you make a note of the damage in the appropriate section of the CMR or Bill Of Lading. You must bring this damage to the immediate attention of the driver so that he can verify, accept and sign. It is crucial that this is sorted out and duly recorded before the driver departs otherwise this will hamper your ability to claim on the carriers transit insurance.
Pictures, an estimate of the repairs and a copy of the CMR or BL must be forwarded to us to better assist you with your claim.
